Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bellevue, WA location. This part-time leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching a team, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

As a cap expert and brand ambassador, you will support selling strategy, participate in inventory and visual merchandising, and help drive store performance while creating an inclusive, engaging shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Create a fun, productive, and inclusive environment aligned with company standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including handling peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguarding of inventory and funds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
