Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs with regular movements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked store areas and fixtures.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
