Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Hawaii. You will oversee staffing, customer service excellence, and execution of company standards while serving as the manager on duty when needed.

You will coach team members, drive sales, ensure accurate cash handling and loss prevention, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver a welcoming, high‑performing retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

Mansioni

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
• Administer progressive steps of discipline in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Create a fun and productive environment while upholding company standards and policies.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage during peak periods.
• Ensure policies, procedures, safety and cash-handling practices are followed.
