Qualifications

• Proven managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment to make it right.
• Direct in-store team to ensure optimal service and store operations.
• Encourage participation in Lids membership programs and in-store promotions.
• Drive overall store product strategy, including receiving, merchandising, and inventory decisions.
