Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or related environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, climbing).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-driven environment; provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in merchandising and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and onto sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
