Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager while ensuring a positive, safe environment for customers and associates.

This part-time role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities. You will oversee deviations, maintain displays, and help train and develop sales staff in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Store management experience in retail or related fields preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and protect company assets
