Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in New Braunfels, TX.

You will assist with opening/closing, supervise associates, manage merchandise flow, uphold policy standards, and contribute to a safe, friendly shopping environment. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
