Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in retail or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to lead a small team and train store associates
• Excellent organization and scheduling capabilities
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills are needed

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Manage merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and store communications
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, record-keeping, and loss prevention
• Ensure store areas are well-stocked and presentable
• Protect company assets and cash handling
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
