Qualifications

• Retail store management experience in grocery or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operational directives and merchandising schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Support merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Execute opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Support ordering, damaged goods, payroll records, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized per company standards.
• Protect store assets and cash; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Help supervise and develop store associates; maintain a positive environment.
