Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a Supervisor to manage the janitorial operation at a client site. You will plan, organize, and develop the department to meet federal, state, and local standards while ensuring top quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires supervising 5+ employees, strong leadership, and the ability to work 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with on-call availability. Prior experience in large-scale janitorial services is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of janitorial experience at large facilities.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to supervise 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cleaners at a client site and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
• Inspect work to ensure standards and manage supplies.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new associates.
• Lead and motivate shifts; coordinate call-outs.
