Qualifications

Responsible for staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Ensures safety and maintains a focus on quality care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of nursing experience. Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
