Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for a high-volume surgical unit in a Level One Trauma Center. You will lead a team, coordinate patient care, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising 30-35 staff, scheduling, performance reviews, care plans, documentation compliance, and budget participation. An RN with a BSN and 2-5 years of experience, with supervisory exposure, is preferred.

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in a high-volume, specialized surgical unit within a Level One Trauma Center. The role involves staff management, patient care coordination, and operational oversight of a team responsible for core services such as gynecology, urology, colorectal, MIS, bariatrics, and robotic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and evaluating approximately 30-35 staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
