Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager in a high-acuity Level One Trauma Center, overseeing cardiac surgery services and perioperative care. You will lead a team of around 30 direct reports, handling staff management, scheduling, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with RN license, 2–5 years of nursing experience, and leadership experience to coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2-5 years nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles, with at least 2 years preferred.
