Urban Self Storage in Snohomish, WA is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run facility.

This part-time role features a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday schedule (~27 hours/week), competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, and monthly bonus opportunities based on performance, along with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained; perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with organizing and completing daily operational tasks.
• Handle customer accounts, including delinquency actions.
• Tour storage spaces and assist customers throughout the rental process.
• Manage daily deposits, cash counts, and petty cash.
• Collaborate positively with team members and leadership.
• Support occupancy, rental, and customer service goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and email.
