This is a part-time role with a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday schedule, averaging about 21 hours per week. You will assist with customer accounts, rentals, and property tasks while ensuring a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and mobile devices; strong data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and customer rental process.
• Handle customer accounts and delinquency actions.
• Conduct property walks and security checks; assist customers.
