Responsibilities

• Supervise academic counselors and after-school program components.
• Prepare activities to supplement homework sessions.
• Lead off-site trips and supervise students and staff.
• Promote teamwork and sportsmanship; manage youth behavior.
• Coordinate with the After-School Program Director on progress.
• Ensure compliance with DYCD, DOE, and DOHMH regulations.
