360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II (PT) in Santa Maria, CA, to turn your Master’s studies into leadership impact. You will supervise a team, maintain clinical programs, and deliver direct services while continuing your education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired).
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
