Job summary
360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II (Part-Time) in Santa Maria, CA to lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians while overseeing client programs and treatment plans. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to HIPAA and company policies, and contribute to the development of high-quality clinical services.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years ABA experience (desired).
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience including staff training and performance evaluations.
- Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload and meet service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; consult with case providers.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies; participate in team meetings and professional development.
