Responsibilities

• Conducts speech-language pathology screenings and evaluations.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to improve patient function.
• Assesses treatment effects and modifies plans accordingly.
• Confers with other practitioners about patient care.
• Educates patients and families in treatment procedures.

Skills

Education
