Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to geriatric post-acute patients. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation in accordance with ASHA standards.

You will collaborate with medical staff at Four Seasons facility in Westland, MI, and support families with home exercise programs; licensure, CCC, and Michigan credentials required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with cognitive, communicative, or swallowing disorders.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Supervise CFY as assigned per ASHA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other practitioners to coordinate care.
• Document accurately to ensure quality medical records and reimbursement.
