Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and partner agencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas to identify issues.
• Respond to incidents and report observations following procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization when required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
