Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Spring, TX. You will protect clients in Retail/Malls and other sites, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a visible security presence.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, Level III Armed Certification, and being at least 21 years old. Schedule is set through our Claim a Shift platform, with pay of $17.25 per hour and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Customer service and security awareness are required.
• Ability to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and coordinate with management and responders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards per site procedures.
• Document incidents and maintain clear communication with clients and leadership.
