Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Spring, TX. You will provide customer service, enforce site policies, and help deter incidents through observed patrols and vigilant presence.

Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and completion of required licensing; armed positions require Level III Armed Certification. Schedule includes afternoon/evening shifts at a retail site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and ability to follow site policies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Ability to conduct regular patrols and monitor access points.
• Ability to document incidents and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff by enforcing security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with management and responders.
• Conduct armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards per site procedures.
