Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Patrol Part Time in Ashburn, VA. In this role you will conduct regular armed patrols, monitor entrances, and provide professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position requires an Armed Guard Card or License, and CPR certification is preferred. Part-time schedule: DayTime 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM on Mon and Wed, with opportunities to participate in shift-based roles

Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• CPR certification and other certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and community members by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies and other critical situations calmly and per established protocols.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports.
