Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees and the public while following security procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals and belongings using screening equipment and access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials and authorization for entry and direct visitors accordingly.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain screening logs and incident documentation; deter unauthorized access.
