Allied Universal seeks a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Driver Inspection in Miami, FL. The role offers flexible, anchor-shift hours with additional shifts via a claim-a-shift program, and a pay rate of $22.26 per hour.

Expect part-time hours up to 40 per week with opportunities to scale to a full-time schedule. You will perform armed patrols, access control, and incident response, at government facilities, while maintaining reports and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license in the state
Armed Guard Card/License
2+ years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience
DD214 with honorable discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, or a corrections academy certificate
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and following protocols.
Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry; assist visitors with direction.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation related to patrols, incidents, and observations.
