Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Armed guard card/license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while following security procedures at a government location.
• Monitor access points and verify entry through credentialing and access-control procedures.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and access-related records per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
