Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of combined security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following protocols.
• Conduct armed patrols of commercial properties and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor access.
• Maintain daily activity reports and communicate with leadership.
