Job summary

Allied Universal, Beaumont, TX, is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to deliver reliable, site-based security with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Fixed shifts and a six‑month anchor commitment help provide income stability while you gain experience across sites.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Candidates must be 21+, have 6+ months armed security or related experience, and hold an active armed guard card.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Active armed guard card/license required.
• Must be 21+ years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conduct armed patrols of the premises and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity following site procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate with site leadership.
