Qualifications

• Armed security experience or law enforcement background preferred.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Minimum 6 months armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns per procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities and observations in clear, accurate reports.
