Responsibilities

• Provide access control and customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Complete daily activity reports and access-control logs as required.
