Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and policy.
• Employment may require a drug screen.
• Participate in security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and transit personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear reports documenting patrols, incidents, and actions taken.
