Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
• Minimum 3+ years in military police, corrections, or armed security.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfort with computer or tablet use.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a financial institution, following site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and direct guests.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and security systems from the front desk.
• Respond calmly to incidents, document events, and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation.
