Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately.
