Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Gate Response Security Officer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This part-time role involves armed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing professional customer service to residents and visitors.

As a Security Officer Armed Gate Response, you will conduct routine armed patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and ensure adherence to site-specific policies while engaging with residents and guests in a calm, professional manner.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors while following site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
