Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly using established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry following site procedures.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate with site leadership and responders.
