Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel at a government location.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeters, and parking areas.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Verify credentials and control access for authorized individuals and vehicles.
