Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• 1+ years of security‑related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report/escalate as needed.
• Conduct armed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership or emergency responders.
