Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a lead line cook is preferred.
• Culinary school graduates preferred.
• Health & Sanitation Card or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• Fast-paced indoor environment experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to standards with consistent quality and portion control.
• Organize and assist in service, including staff meals and private dining.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor payroll costs.
• Order, receive, and rotate food and kitchen goods.
• Menu development for special requests with Executive Chef.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and kitchens.
• Support 3 steps of service and teamwork with staff and guests.
