Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ice Arena.
• Open and close the facility, perform security walkthroughs.
• Operate point-of-sale software and manage guest check-ins.
• Oversee programming events and position staff appropriately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle queries.
