This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) involves operating the arcade POS, handling game cards, prizes, and light customer assistance in a busy bowling/arcade environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and you should be available for evening closing shifts (roughly 5–6pm to 2:30am). Benefits include game time and bowling perks on shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in hospitality, restaurant, or retail preferred.
• Closing shift availability preferred (store closes at 2am).

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for game card sales, registration, balance checks, and prize redemptions.
• Manages inventory of department supplies and prizes per policy.
• Maintains knowledge of arcade game inventory and operations.
• Keeps games, signage, and counters clean and attractive to customers.
• Answers phone inquiries and handles general questions.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
