Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team in a fun, high-energy bowling/arcade environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with open availability especially for opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining games and inventory, keeping the venue clean, answering inquiries, and assisting with special projects. Prior hospitality/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers during shifts to determine needs and satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels in arcade games.
• Keep games and counters clean and visually inviting.
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and promptly.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
