Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking entry-level Guest Services Attendants to welcome guests, assist with arcade activities, and operate POS systems at our Reno, NV centers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude.
• Operate POS and handle cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Stay informed about promotions and security procedures.
• Maintain daily sales records.
• Monitor arcade floor for safety and security.
• Answer guest questions about games and merchandise.
• Load tickets and prizes into machines; restock displays.
• Explain arcade games to guests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Clean games, tables, counters, shelves.
• Conduct inventory and assist with stocking.
• Troubleshoot token or ticket jams.
• Assist with light game maintenance and moving equipment.
• Assist with trash removal and general cleanliness.
• Support General Manager with other duties.
