Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Prior experience in student billing highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Input billing transactions for various charges.
• Process student billing cash receipts.
• Prepare monthly billing statements.
• Respond to families regarding tuition calls.
• Track aging of receivables and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform miscellaneous reconciliations and audit preparations.
