Qualifications

• Experience in collections and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day AR transactions and postings.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Send reminders and contact clients to secure payments.
• Generate AR aging reports and financial statements.
• Follow up with past-due accounts by phone and email.
• Prepare client account statements and analyses in Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and accounting to resolve invoicing errors.
• Support AR matters and ad-hoc projects as needed.
