Qualifications

• Prior accounts receivable experience required.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently while supporting the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AR aging reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Process cash applications and apply customer payments.
• Research customer deductions and short payments.
• Follow up on unresolved account issues and assist with collections.
• Review PODs to support payment research.
• Navigate retailer portals (Target, Walmart, others).
• Investigate payment discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain AR records and documentation.
• Support additional accounting tasks as needed.
