Job summary

Pulley is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own day-to-day invoicing and payment matching. You will work directly with our Finance & Operations lead to keep receivables clean, with a focus on accuracy and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or bookkeeping, ideally at a B2B services or construction-adjacent company.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe invoicing and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Availability for 5–10 hours/week on a flexible schedule, with some overlap during business hours ET.

Responsibilities

• Cash Application: Apply incoming payments to open invoices in Stripe and QuickBooks Online.
• Account Reconciliation: Find and resolve double payments, voided invoices, unapplied credits, and short-pays.
• Collections: Send polite follow-ups and manage past-due accounts, keeping aging reports current.
• Portals & Pay Applications: Handle customer portal submissions and track through approval.
• Customer Support: Answer billing questions and request remittance details when payments arrive.
• Process Improvement: Flag billing errors upstream to prevent recurrence.
