Qualifications

• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, cashier, office, or receptionist roles preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable handling financial records.
• Professional and friendly communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and record transactions.
• Handle cash and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and process bank deposits.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist the accounting department with general daily office duties.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Greet customers and guests at the front desk in a professional manner.
• Provide general customer service and front-desk support.
• Assist other departments with administrative needs as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company financial information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
