Arlington Heights Ford, part of the Tasca Automotive Group, is hiring a Full-time Cashier/Receptionist at our Arlington Heights, IL location. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits; you’ll be the friendly first face for customers, handling transactions and directing calls.

Duties include answering calls, balancing cash drawer daily, processing cash, check and credit card payments for sales, parts and service, light filing and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics

Responsibilities

• Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department
• Balance cash drawer daily
• Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
• Light filing and scanning
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned
