Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% donor and customer delight and provides world class customer service.
• Sort apparel and soft line goods into salable or salvage categories.
• Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons.
• Consistently meet sort count goals of one dandux/hour or process 4/6 duros per 8-hour work-shift.
• Always maintain sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
• Demonstrates the principles of DURT with every donor interaction and uses DURT Alert system to ensure all donors receive world class service.
• Appropriately identify the value of items.
• Assist with floor rotation of apparel as needed.
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and transporting of apparel occasionally or as needed.
• Stay current with brand names, designer labels, current and vintage styles, and price points for soft line goods.
• Identify potential e-commerce items and set aside for manager approval.
